AsoPMR was born from a real need: our founder, Carlo Castellano, experienced firsthand the difficulties people with reduced mobility face when trying to find and use accessible parking spaces. This experience led him to create the Park4Dis application, an innovative solution that makes it easier to access information about the location of parking spaces for people with reduced mobility, as well as the regulations and conditions that apply in each specific case.

Since then, our focus has been on transforming the perspective of institutions, entities, companies, and society in general when it comes to understanding and solving the accessibility problems we encounter every day.

AsoPMR’s impact has not gone unnoticed. The organization has received international recognition, including the prestigious ZeroProject Award 2022. In 2023, AsoPMR achieved an extraordinary milestone by being selected as a beneficiary of the Google.org Impact: Tech for Social Good challenge, receiving funding and technical support from the Google Fellowship.

These achievements not only validate our approach but also drive us to continue working for a more accessible world for everyone. Together, we are breaking down barriers and building a more inclusive future!
